Funding for growth
UK based companies can apply for funding from Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP’s) based upon their geographic location to help purchase new buildings or machinery in order to grow and become more competitive. These grants are mostly directed at SME’s and will fund up to 30% of project costs, depending on your region and size.
Our grants specialists also have extensive experience with Scottish regional grants, and are supported by the local knowledge of our Scottish office in Glasgow. Scottish regional grants can fund up to 30% of the cost of new buildings and machinery.
Scottish Enterprise also provides R&D funding for companies located in or moving to Scotland. These can fund up to 70% of project costs for companies or collaborations from any sector, including companies operating in the oil and gas sector.
Leyton's grants specialists can help your company to apply for larger EU funding. We also advise on forming multinational consortiums for funding bids.
UK companies can participate in existing EU grants schemes such as Horizon 2020. This scheme will allocate €80 billion for R&D and innovation between 2014 and 2020. It offers general innovation grants for any sector, an SME Instrument, as well as grants for specific sectors (advanced manufacturing, space and health).
