ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As a Grants Expert, your objective is to work on complex technical and valorization issues related to innovative projects in a large range of industrial sectors. Your job is to secure R&D/investments/… public incentives that will support the strategy of your clients.

Together with the Grants team and in direct relation with the client's executive level (CFO, CEO, R&D Manager …), you are responsible for:

• Co-funding detection: you analyze R&D/investments/… projects and identify most appropriate co-funding opportunities for your clients at European, National and Regional levels

• Building consortium: you help your clients to find partners all over Europe

• Drafting: you quickly understand the strengths and weaknesses of a project/business in order to translate it into a convincing subsidy request

• Process efficiency: you monitor the complete application, reporting and client’s project management process

• Reporting: you proactively assist your clients in the reporting phase (on both technical and financial sides)

• Communication: you operate as a key-contact internally and towards the public authorities

• Business development: you participate in the drafting of commercial proposals and account development actions

 

PROFILE

 

• You have between 2 to 8 years of professional experience in public funding – an experience in European Subsidies is a real plus

• You are passionate about R&D and innovation and have a clear interest in entrepreneurship

• You are rigorous and methodical with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering/Science or in Business Engineering

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering/Science or in Business Engineering

• You like to work autonomously.

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English .

• Good comprehension in French.

• You are Dutch or French native speaker with an excellent command of English
