LEYTON BELGIUM CELEBRATES INNOVATION
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Leyton Innovation Conference which will be held on November 19th 2019 at Living Tomorrow.
The topic of this year conference is: “Ubiquity or overrepresentation of innovation?”.
Our three keynote speakers will discuss the challenges and opportunities for future innovation. Afterwards, you will get the chance to interact with the speakers and other entrepreneurs during the networking drink and walking dinner.
DR. KOERT VAN MENSVOORT
Koert is an artist, philosopher and scientist best known for his work on the philosophical concept of Next Nature, which revolves around the idea that our technological environment has become so complex, omnipresent and autonomous that it is best perceived as a nature of its own.
DR. VÉRONIQUE HALLOIN
Véronique is Secretary-General of the Fund for Scientific Research-FNRS. She was awarded as one of the 100 exceptional women honoured in Belgium on the occasion of the 100th International Women’s Day. She will underline the critical importance of fundamental research to our society and how it impacts innovation.
BART VAN DEN MEERSCHE
Bart is Chief Enterprise Market Officer and Comex Member at Proximus and also one of the most advanced experts in the ICT sector in Belgium. He will discuss on how innovation plays such a crucial role in this field based on his 35 years of experience, first at IBM, then at Proximus.
