« When Leyton contacted us, we were not really sure about working with a cost optimization specialist. Our company previously had a bad experience and worked a lot for very little result. I was therefore not very keen on developing a new relationship with a vendor around Work Related Accidents. However, Leyton’s methodology guaranteed a compete autonomy of the consultants and therefore, they convinced me to try. »
« We chose to target our Douai factory which had 337 employees. »
The audit was done without requesting additional work on our side. Our RH Manager simply had to transmit all necessary documents to conduct the mission.
A few weeks later, we received a detailed report on all files that could be contested. The report was extremely well documented and all the potential claims were extremely well presented from a legal and case law point of view.
The Consultant in charge of our contract identified 8 potential employment injuries which could be challenged before the court on the ground “that” the CPAM did not respect the principle governing all court hearings, i.e the right to be confronted.
In each recommendation provided in the report, we had the choice to engage or not any legal proceedings. We kept being the main decision-maker all along and had the choice to implement or not Leyton’s recommendations.
« I also particularly appreciated being informed regularly of all impending procedures and results. »
« To this day, a file has already been repaid and 7 are in front of the competent jurisdiction. If they demand a very heavy expertise, the actions related to work related accidents can allow for very lucrative refunds, this without any impact on the employees who are the victims of the accident.
By its professionalism and the respect of its engagements, we have been very satisfied working with Leyton. We have already started a new audit for 2 sites of United Springs (130 employees) which is another of our group subsidiaries. »
