1. Eoin Brennan, Head of Tax

Eoin heads up the R&D Tax Credit consultant team, responsible for securing and optimising robust claims for Leyton clients. He is a registered tax consultant and qualified accountant with extensive experience assisting companies of all types, from quoted multinationals to start-ups across all industry sectors. This presentation will provide attendees with advice on tax technical matters and discuss recent developments including updates on the recent Finance Bill changes , the increased level of Revenue scrutiny of claims and how best to support your claim.

2. David O’Connell, Senior Technical Consultant

David, one of Leyton’s most senior and experienced technical consultants will present on the scientific/technological aspects of the R&D Tax Credit scheme, key indicators of qualifying activities and how to ensure appropriate supporting documentation is maintained.

3. Gianmario Pala, Senior Technical Consultant

Gianmario, another of Leyton’s most senior and experienced technical consultants will provide further insight into activities being undertaken across different sectors that should be considered for inclusion in R&D Tax Credit claims and the lessons we can learn from schemes in other jurisdictions regarding the eligibility of those activities.
